Il sonne et je peux composer un numéro, mais quand je parle la plupart du temps, personne ne peut m'entendre. Parfois, ils peuvent pendant une courte période, mais alors la ligne est coupée! - J'ai signalé ce à SFR, le dimanche et on m'a dit SFR a un ingénieur travaillant sur ce sujet. allé sur SFR discussion hier et ils m'ont coupé la ligne internet afin essayé de nouveau et ils ont juste qu'ils sont le regardant. Nous vivons loin de la ville sur une ferme. Il va à la neige bientôt, et nous avons donc besoin d'un accès des animaux urgent d'un téléphone au cas où nous devons assiatance verterinary, nous avons également besoin de commander des aliments pour les animaux et c'est par téléphone .. mon mari a aussi un problème cardiaque et doit prendre des dispositions pour voir le médecin et l'infirmière - mais sans téléphone, il faut aller à la ville pour ce faire et notre voiture est fixe! - Nous ne pouvons pas dire si la voiture est fixe sans téléphone ou nous rendre au garage et ensuite avoir à venir tout le chemin, car il n'est pas! Tout cela parce que notre téléphone ne fonctionne pas - aide s'il vous plaît Nous avons ré-ensemble de la boîte et effectué le diagnostic des cours, et a changé le téléphone et le filtre. et aucune nous n'avons pas un téléphone mobile! excusez-moi mais mon français n'est pas encore très bien Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

naturalp Posted February 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Oh that's good - my telephone tone goes sometimes but if I can dial then most of the time the person I want to speak to cannot hear me - if they can then hear me then after a few seconds they can no longer hear me. I can hear them though so If I want to leave a message I do not know if they have received it and if I want to seak to say SFR they put the telephone down because my line cuts off. We therefore do not have a telephone and we need one desperately as we have a farm - you can imagin what it can be like in the winter! - we have to be able to ring the vet, to order feed and to take ourselves to the doctor as well as my husband has a heart problem.! I have contacted SFR and they said they are investigating it.. and I have gone on to sfr chat and they cut me off once and the next time they gave me a reference - I received an emal saying they were looking at my problem - on Monday , but have heard nothing since. We have no mobile and feel very alone and worried! We have changed our telephone and changed the filter and reset and run a diagnostic but nothing has changed.. In the end they said that unless I had a mobile phone they couldnot fix my line. They asked if we have neighbours - no I said - they said if we had we could perhaps use their phone!!! - We have a fixed telephone line, no mobile and no way of contacting anyone. My husband has a heart problemand we run a farm. If we ned a doctor or vet we cannot call anyone . It has been like this since January. Maybe we should go back to Orange!
